Quick link for PWLN/CHPWLN learners
Are your students able to launch lessons successfully the first time around? Several factors related to Internet and computer security can drive whether or not lessons will launch. If you're aware of these factors, you've probably been providing supplementary documentation to your students from multiple sources in various formats to help them turn off pop–up blockers or configure firewalls.

Now there is a single source you can direct your students to for this documentation. It's a web page on the PLATO Support Center web site, and it's easy to find and remember:

http://support.plato.com/learners

Give this URL to your students (especially home users) before they log in to PWLN/CHPWLN and try to run lessons for the first time. The instructions on this page will help them download and install plug-ins, turn off or configure pop-up blockers, and configure personal firewalls. This web page also includes a link to get the Keypress Reference and a link to the PLATO Support Center home page.
