Title III: The Challenge of English Proficiency

Nationally, nearly 10 percent of all pre-K through 12th grade students have limited English proficiency (LEP), and that number continues to grow. NCLB challenges LEP students and their teachers to:

  • Achieve Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) against mandated standards
  • Participate in annual performance testing
  • Overcome a nationwide shortage of qualified bilingual and ESL teachers

We offer a complete Title III solution with a diverse range of curricula and professional development programs. These programs will help you qualify for the funding needed to help you and your students achieve these new standards.
